Little Rock SEO
Little Rock SEO that puts your phone number in front of buyers
Ranking is not a mystery. It is a short list of things almost nobody in this market bothers to do. Here is the list, and here is what I charge to do it.
Someone in west Little Rock types plumber near me at nine at night. Their water heater is leaking. They are not reading your About page. They are calling the first business that looks open, close, and trustworthy.
That is the whole game. Local SEO is the work of being one of the two or three businesses that person sees.
The three places you can show up
Most owners think of Google as one list. It is three, and they are won in different ways.
- The map pack. The three businesses with pins, right under the search bar. This is where the phone calls come from. It is won with a complete Google Business Profile, real reviews, consistent contact details everywhere on the web, and proximity to the searcher.
- Organic results. The blue links below the map. Won with pages that actually answer the search, a site that loads fast, and other sites linking to yours.
- AI answers. Google's AI overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. Won with clear, well structured content that a machine can read and quote. Almost nobody in Arkansas is working on this yet.
A business can rank in one and be invisible in the other two. I work all three, because a customer who cannot find you in the one they happen to use is a customer you lost.
Why most Little Rock sites do not rank
I have looked at a lot of local sites in this market. The problems repeat.
- The site is slow. Page speed is a ranking factor and most local sites are built on a page builder loading eleven scripts before the headline appears. You can check yours in thirty seconds on PageSpeed Insights.
- One page for everything. A single services page listing nine services ranks for none of them. Google needs a page per thing you want to be found for.
- The Google Business Profile is half filled in. No hours, no service areas, no photos, no categories set properly. This is free and it is the single biggest lever on the map pack.
- The phone number is written four different ways across the site, the profile, the directory listings, and the old Facebook page. Google uses consistency as a trust signal.
- No content a machine can quote. No clear question and answer pairs, no structured data, no plain statement of what the business does and where. AI tools skip right over it.
None of that is exotic. It is unglamorous work that most agencies would rather bill you for a strategy deck than actually do.
What I do, in order
Month one is mostly fixing. Months after that are mostly compounding.
- Audit what you have. Speed, structure, profile, listings, and what you currently rank for. You get the findings in plain English, not a fifty page PDF.
- Fix the site. Fast pages, one page per service, clear headings, a phone number a thumb can hit, and structured data so search engines and AI tools can read what you are.
- Finish the Google Business Profile. Categories, services, service areas, hours, photos, and a review request process you will actually use.
- Clean up the listings. One name, one address, one phone number, everywhere it appears.
- Build the pages that rank. One page per service, one page per town you serve, each written for a real search someone actually types.
- Report every month. Where you rank, how many people visited, how many called.
The AI part, and why it matters now
When somebody asks ChatGPT who to hire for a roof in Little Rock, the answer gets assembled from web content the model can read and trust. Structured, clearly written pages get pulled. Vague pages built out of image sliders do not.
This is the same discipline as classic SEO, pointed at a newer reader. Clear headings. Direct answers to real questions. Explicit statements about what you do, where you do it, and what it costs. Machine readable markup describing the business.
Nobody can promise you a spot in an AI answer, and anyone who does is guessing. What I can do is make sure you are readable, which most of your competitors are not.
What it costs
$297 a month. That covers hosting, care, edits, local SEO, AI search work, and the monthly report. No contract. Cancel anytime and keep the website.
If you need the website built first, that starts at $500 and takes one to two weeks. See Little Rock web design for how that part works.
How long before it works
Site speed and structure fixes show up in weeks. Map pack movement usually takes a couple of months, longer in a crowded category like roofing or plumbing. Anyone quoting you a date is making it up.
What you get in the meantime is a monthly report with the actual numbers, so you are never guessing whether you are paying for something that works.
Who this is for
Owner operated Arkansas businesses doing $250,000 a year or more. Trades, home services, professional services. If you answer your own phone and you care where the next customer comes from, we will get along.
If you are looking for someone to run paid ads, post to social media, or build a brand campaign, I am not your person. I do two things. Websites that load fast and pages that rank.
You can check my work before you call me. Every site onthe work page is live right now. Search the term, find the site.
